Most folks are not aware that we provide an Old Fashion Oyster Roast just like my family did over 100 years ago. That’s right, 5 generations ago, and I have the recipes and some stories you might not believe.
We will cook on site most any menu, Roast Oysters, Steam Shrimp (u-peel) and even teach the art of eating them raw.
We will provide all condiments, disposable wares, oyster tables, knives, and containers for the empty shells, which we will dispose of.
